contemplative mode that opens the heart is one to be practiced often.
Qi Gong is one such contemplative form that uses focused intent coupled
in the expression of slow graceful movements and conscious breathing
techniques to vitalize the interior power of the body. Our own life
force energy and kosmic spiritual force combined culminate into the
healing and regenerative power that brings health in living beings and
in the natural environment. Not only is Sheng Zhen a powerful way to
heal and rejuvenate the human body, but it also heals and rejuvenates
the Earth body.
The interchange of energy (Qi) between people and the Universe is

observing self, we empty the mind of things that advance us towards
disconnection with unity. We take time to be quiet and let go of wanting,
as wanting only brings in more of the same…more wanting. When
we are quiet, we
ground in our being and center in our hearts. This way
we are anchored in reality of Love while we expand our hearts and mind
to merge with the Universe. This elevated state allows us to see the
full picture and the long-term effects of our actions. As in all things
we must ever maintain an expanded or higher view of life, to allow life
to unfold in the long term so that we may determine our actions from
causation rather than making change from short term of effects.
is Qi Gong?
The practice of Qi Gong (like a Chinese
yoga) has been cultivated and mastered in the East for 1000’s
of years as an approach to overall health and well-being. Unifying with
the flow of life-force energy tones the physical and subtle body, removes
negative feelings such as stress, worry, sadness, anger, nervousness,
fear, and anxiety. Healing potential
increases when Qi Gong and Food-Based Healing (phytonutrient
Foods) are combined! Together they promote a powerhouse
supply of life energy that is capable of rebuilding the body.
With regular practice, Sheng Zhen qigong also helps to slow the aging
conscious flow of energy grounded in the heart promotes a more natural
state where the unfolding petals at our core may awaken to the true
heart of unconditional love. It is stated that “Qi is never separated
from love,” as love is the underpinning of the universe, its natural
state of creative being. While this is true, we must also be love as
our natural state, as we are a part of this vast existence that is Love.
It is in this way that true love is always with us. We are never separate
from love. Consciously rooting our lives in this connected knowing is
the goal of Sheng Zhen Wuji Yuan Gong—the qigong of unconditional
